28 days since"welcome"...

and still no router. My time with previous provider ran out 5 days ago. Really poor. Can I cancel? First payment has been taken.

Had Plusnet reply saying since 20 April have had phone/internet available. A bit difficult that when I still have no router, and phone line is still dead.

@jab1  ah ok, sorry yes, re read that thread and see what you mean now.

 

@cordyline  have you looked in the member centre for tickets to see what is happening with your order, or followed your own advice and phoned up to ask?

My order tracker says phone line is up and running (it's not). And internet is being processed.
