28 days and still waiting for switch to fibre
Agreed new contract by phone 6/5/19 involving switching from 'John Lewis' package to a 'fibre/phone one, and paid for the first months usage. I received 'welcome' letter on 8/5, then a few days later the new router with an instruction to await a message confirming my phone line was switched and the 'fibre' connection was ready. Then............nothing!!. All my account says is ' your order is being processed '. Can anyone suggest how I can move this on without spending half a day on the 'help-line ?
