19th May signed up but nothing since.

Hi,

   Signed up on 19th May but apart from current provider of the line sending an email saying sorry to see you leaving us Ive had nothing from plusnet apart from the confirmation of the order letter.

 

Ive checked online and it seems that its just waiting ?

I did try the chat but as you can guess "not available".

 

If this is the sort of service im going to get (we'll do you proud) maybe im best cancelling and we can stay with the old provider.

Well this is a suprise, Ive just had an email from Plusnet saying Ive ordered a Router and they will contact me once it's been dispatched and will take 3-5 days.

I just wonder why this was not ordered earlier?.

 

I asume im going to have to wait another 10 days or so to be conected then?

Hi,

    Its all gone nuts lol.

My line went off and I got a text to say my phone number will be changed YESTERDAY so called the new number and its live but obviously I have no Fibre.

I have my own router (Archer VR2800) so have put in the ******@plusdsl.net and my password that I signed up to plusnet with and I get an error.

I assume the Fibre is now being setup?.

 

I have a Mobile with plenty of data but I don't fancy telling my son hes got no internet.

My O/H has just said its all good and running.

 

So in less than 4 hrs they have sorted my line and Fibre...Class.
