I have contacted our supplier and they provided an email address for the escalation team so I have sent an email asking if the review date of 8.9.20 can be expedited.
I will be check for a response tomorrow and give you a call to let you know either way.

I have left another voicemail to confirm I have had a reply to my email sent to the escalation team with our supplier.
They have confirmed the activation date as 28.8.20.
Please be advised it can take until midnight to complete and once active an automated email will be sent to let you know to connect your router.
And still no activation!!!
Can I cancel this order is I'm not being "done proud".
I’m in a similar position. My previous provider has disconnected me because Plusnet were supposed to complete on 17/08. I’m seriously regretting signing up and think I should cancel.
