10 days since order, no progress and hours on hold

Ordered my Broadband 10 Days ago, still on "Checking your line" trying to work from home on 4G and spending hours on hold every day trying to get through, getting cut off every 30 mins and having to re-dial

 

At this rate I'll be cancelling and going elsewhere

Can I piggy back on this post? Us too! We're being driven slowly insane, ringing a selection of different numbers every single day with no reply from any of them. Can't print out the cancellation form with no WiFi. Completely powerless. No online chat like every other company has. No contact possible using the number or link provided in the set-up delayed text. Do not wish to do business with Plusnet. Please somebody contact me.

I'm looking into NOW broadband as an alternative, at least they're answering the phones

I ordered my moving home switch on the 22nd of August and still no Internet, just told to wait as no one seems to know the problem. It seems this is common reading this forum.

I've seen some posts that have had replied from a member of staff - does anyone know how I can get someone to reply to me and let me know what's happening?

@thornsby19, @Cacicula, I believe I've already looked into your orders and replied to your posts Here.

@Desperate2, I'm really sorry for the delay with your order. We've chased this up with our suppliers over the weekend and we're due an update on the progress tomorrow. I can also see that you've raised a complaint online so one of my colleagues from our complaints team will be getting in touch with you regarding this within 5 working days. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Apparently the service is going live today but I've had no contact, 3 Hours on hold this morning again and cant get through to anyone to confirm.

So far its looking like I've wasted a days holidays as no-one's made the appointment as of yet.
