Ordered my Broadband 10 Days ago, still on "Checking your line" trying to work from home on 4G and spending hours on hold every day trying to get through, getting cut off every 30 mins and having to re-dial
At this rate I'll be cancelling and going elsewhere

I'm looking into NOW broadband as an alternative, at least they're answering the phones

@thornsby19, @Cacicula, I believe I've already looked into your orders and replied to your posts Here.
@Desperate2, I'm really sorry for the delay with your order. We've chased this up with our suppliers over the weekend and we're due an update on the progress tomorrow. I can also see that you've raised a complaint online so one of my colleagues from our complaints team will be getting in touch with you regarding this within 5 working days.

Apparently the service is going live today but I've had no contact, 3 Hours on hold this morning again and cant get through to anyone to confirm.
