10 days, no router, no one to call

Already off to a bad start.

Recently moved into a new home and was recommended Plusnet for our internet provider, set everything up, was told to wait for an engineer appointment? Which I didnt understand why, then that got blown past and finally got our confirmation of activation, only the router that was suppose to show up 3 or 4 days ago still hasn't arrived.

Tried the online chat, not active
Tried both numbers to contact, "too much volume try phoning tomorrow"
Scoured the emails that were sent for any other form to get in touch, cant even find the option to submit a ticket. The closest I got was Plusnets Twitter account....... i dont have Twitter

Annoyed honestly, falling behind on work because I can't come home and use the computer.
