wrong bill amount after product change

Hello, can someone look into my account.  I upgraded my account couple month ago. it was on offer online 13pound a montt for unlimited fiber extra + landline for 18 month.  Last month i got very large bill and this month i was billed 20.99 for fiber + line rental.

 

Can someone check it for me?

Hello.

Yes i got some support from online chat. But i am not happy with outcome of it.

I was charged wrong two months. First month i can't say exactly how much because it is not i full month . But second month i am charged 38.73 instead of 30.73 and they returning me only 6.75.
My calculation does it adds up. Its clearly must be more credit that 6.75
