wheres the help assistant tab gone in manage your account

just logged on to my account to view my previous tickets via the help assistant  ,to find the tab has disappeared ,have you moved it,  Its my only digital record of my current issue with LRS although Ive keeped a backup in paper and on my drive ,me being cynical wether theres any motive to remove the help assistant tab, so If plusnet has moved it somewhere else than the account page could someone please tell me

@hooverman Thanks for that heads-up!! Looks to me like PlusNet are getting ready to shut up shop - the link was there earlier this morning.

And no, I can't find it anywhere else.

Most of the useful PN site links have been bookmarked for some while, as you never know when they might get moved or disappear entirely!  😉

@hooverman  Don't like that, surely it's an error by Plusnet. I have just put the following url in my favourites which gets you to the desired page.

Quite likely I wouldn't have been able to find it if I'd tried.

Ever since signing up in 2008, I've found the PN site to be not user friendly, non-intuitive and hard to navigate. Quite often things are moved or apparently disappear.

Hence, I've bookmarked in my browser every useful page encountered over the years.

Cannot even log in to my dashboard now - just a whirring timer.. It was OK this morning. No doubt another "improvement" to the customer experience by Plusnet!

@jgb I noticed it was taking a while earlier this morning, but I got there - eventually! I suspect some management genius has decided it is a good idea to carry out major modifications to the platform at the busiest time of the day!

thanks to you @198kHz and @RealAleMadrid  that i was able to view my tickets but only because fo your foresight ,I only hope this is temporary else I will not be the only one asking ,I have bookmarked the page , I could hazard a guess why the help assistant has been dropped but would like to give Plusnet the benefit of doubt and hope its an error

I've asked Mads (on another thread I opened on Feedback  about the lack of a ticket raising tab in the Compaints code-  https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/Plusnet-Complaints-by-Ticket/m-p/1776350#M86943 ) what is going on with the help assistant link. We shall see if there is a reply.

@jab1 Finally got the log in page after 22 Minutes!

@jgb -As I still suspect, they are doing major code changes at the totally wrong time of day - without advising the customers!!!
