wheres my discount gone?

hi, when I renewed a year ago I was forced into a 2 year contract for being a good customer but with a £3.99 a month discount. I have recently paid for lrs for the second year but was annoyed to find my discount has gone from the broadband part of my bill, now when I agreed to a 2 year contract I expect offers to last the full term agreed not some sneaky back hand way of extracting more money out of loyal customers hoping they wont notice (no notification this would happen either) I didn't try to renew a better deal when prices increased recently happy to pay the extra pound plusnet was asking for for what I thought was a decent service but this has made me so angry I wish I had left,

            somebody sort this out please

I'm sorry to hear the broadband discounts coming to an end have come as a shock for you.

Although we don't make customers aware when the contract ends we specify how long a contract would be when it's initially taken and what the price would go up to there after.

Having said that, if you give COT a call they can discuss what discounts are available for you moving forwards.

well don't I feel stupid it turns out the 2 year contract started 2 years ago not 1 like I thought, so my apologies for the rant,
