You used to get the information by going to https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myconnection and selecting Upgrade Account then Change My Product and that may still work although it doesn't for me as it shows monthly rolling contract which is wrong but going to the next stage after selecting Keep My Product and it shows this for home phone
Just to avoid the obvious question I have Line Rental Saver hence the cost shown as £0.00 I believe
I will keep checking although one possibility is to go here and look for a ticket as to when it started https://portal.plus.net/wizard/index.html and View Questions Asked at the bottom
