where is the BB usage

My Mum just got a tablet so I thought I would look and see how much bandwidth has been used so she doesn't go over her 10gig limit. There are no usage stats at all for the month of December or January.

Just got a reply from my fault ticket, no mention of fixing the problem, but instead of my Mums usage, they give me my usage (which I already know as my BB usage is working), in exactly this format.

I have raised a ticket  - 80351903 to try and get my Mums BB usage chart fixed, but I am struggling to get this happening. I can appreciate the Data Protection regulations but I don't want any Data off my Mums account, I am just trying to get the usage chart fixed.

We're not going to discuss a different account on a ticket that isn't on that account, this is partly due to data protection but also due to doing so means we have absolutely no accountability of what's been done on the account.
What I will say though, is it's worth looking at when your Mum last connected and see if this correlates with when the last usage was shown.

It looks like I will have to OJ,
Chris as I have said, I appreciate the data protection, but as you will see I have had to access my Mums account on my PC so I could send you the screen shot. All you have to do is look at the ticket, see my Mums user name and fix the usage chart.

We haven't seen a connection on the account in question in quite a while which is why there is no data.
