where can i find when my contract is due to end and how much it will cost

Hey

I have been with PN 7yrs. Happy but i can get slightly better speeds with BT on fibre so looking at options.
just need to know where or who can advise when my end date is.
how much it will cost to end now.

Is it possible this could be raised as a ticket as i am in and out of hospital at present with chemotherapy so difficult to call and wait on hold.

Current Cancellation Charge : £57.20
