where can i check my actual package as i am sure i have been overcharged

Hello,  i have searched my account but can not see where there is an actual description of what my package is. i a sure i have been overcharged

Welcome to the forums, @chez41 . You should have received an email when you agreed the contract which would detail your agreement. Note there has recently been a across the board RPI+3.9% increase.

You should have received an email when you signed up with details of prices etc. The email will also be replicated in the closed tickets/service notices on your account which you should be able to access, once signed in, via this link~:
