when/how does £75 cashback get delivered?

i signed my sister up to Plusnet which was activated december 12th, she wishes to know how and when she will get the £75 cashback? she has something that says its being emailed or posted? if its "cashback" what is it they send out exactly?

If it is a cashback then it is more than likely to be a cheque of the amount posted to their home address.
