when do I start my 14 day notice?

On my products and services it shows I signed up and paid on the 31st July for 'unlimited' but 'Unlimited Broadband' didn't start till the 19th August,  I'm guessing its the 19th one that counts as that's the date I pay each month, but is my last month I pay (not paying for any more than i need to) July or August?

Your 14 day notice period can start at any point you want, just contact our cancellations team. If you do leave we'll refund for any time you've paid for over the 14 day period.
Can I ask why you're thinking of leaving?

I mean for the end of my contract, I pay a penalty if I leave early and I don't want to pay a month at the cost it goes to after the end of my contract, but I'm unsure if July or august is the last month of my contract, I'm leaving as i'm moving house and don't want to take plusnet with me.
