whats going on?

im getting speeds of 14 mbps for £29.45 a month unlimited fibre, and this has gone up from £25.99? its supposed to be fixed? im seeing cheaper deals for faster speeds on there website and tv???

The variation in your invoices suggests call charges or similar. If you look at your bill online you should see what you're being charged for and this should shed some light on this.
