what a way to treat customers

I am not  just out of contract on my Broadband  - and now find my bill gone from around £21 a month to around £37 a month

almost £450 a year for a phone with evening and weekend package and 2.5mb broadand

When you initially signed up for your services, we will have provided you with a breakdown of the costs you should expect both during and after your contract duration - if you're now out of contract, it is likely that the cost of your services has risen in line with that breakdown. Our Customer Options Team will be happy to discuss a new deal on 0800 328 4624 at your convenience.

Thats the rub Dave i now move to another provider for a better deal and you lose another loyal customer !
