warning - still waiting for a refund after 2 months

I am still waiting for plusnet to refund my initial payment despite being assured that i could cancel my service without any fee. I cancelled 24 hours after placing the order.
They do not answer facebook messages and there appears to be no email address to use
anyone have any ideas how to get help on this issue. my next step will be to contact my credit card company

Hello, since it's more than 8 weeks you can contact the Ombudsman.
