My father is moving his BB and phone to Plusnet from the Post Office. He ordered a different service but I persuaded him to cancel the change and move instead to Plusnet. This may have caused some issues for how long it's taking to move, but he hasn't received the BB router so he has been without BB for over a week. This isn't too much of an issue, but he lives on his own and is 87, and now his phone has been disconnected. I worry about him being on his own and the family call him 2-3 times a day to make sure he's ok. We haven't had many updates from Plusnet on the status but really need to know when his landline will be reconnected and then when he will receive his BB router. Thanks.

I can see following a call you had with our Provisioning Team a colleague has raised this off to our Supplier Team to gain further information on the order. I'd expect that team to contact you further tomorrow
