1 week ago I phoned to arrange a premises move (Business Broadband)
I was told within 24 hours I would get a confirmed installation date at the new address.
No update has been received, now 1 week has passed!!!
I have tried to phone but wait so long that it just gets cut off, I spotted another forum post with a similar issue the staff member said "you contact our House Moves Team directly on 0800 432 0080" I tried this. It was answered after "only" waiting on hold for 30 mins to be told its not the right number for moves.
I'm leaving the old address in a few days, maybe I should cancel my DD until you are able to provide a service?
