Sorry to bring this topic up again but I have the same problem as others.
I seem to have voicemail active on my account. Only realised this when people complained I hadn't got back to them.
Tried to remove it in settings but not shown as being active so of course it is not removable.
Tried contacting on chat but keep being told my browser is blocking. It isn't as I turned it all off briefly.
Is it possible to remove the voicemail facility as we hardly use our home phone ad so unaware we have messages.
