usage unavailable - cannot monitor

this message:
"Sorry, there's nothing to show at the moment.
This might be because your account is new, or your usage has been reset for a new billing period."
has been shown since before the last billing date.  i am unable to monitor my usage.

We're not seeing any connection since the 13th Jan. What lights are lit on the front of your router?
