upgrade?

Hello i chose to upgrade to unlimited (no contract) option 24 hours ago and it said it would show in my account summary but nothing shows and ive not had any e-mails to confirm that i have requested an upgrade, can someone look into it to see if its going ahead or not?

Look in closed tickets as it will only appear in your account summary once it happens on your billing date
