update on 73549356 from 22nd?

can someone give a nudge for an update on my ticket please 73549356,
you say money as been refunded, just to confirm Nothing as been received in my bank as of today,
I was told it would be returned as card as expired/been lost as I got new card, and a cheque would be sent out,
can you explain why you "claim" you were able to send refund when even my bank says it would just be returned? as that card is not in use anymore
which is why one of your own team opened ticket 73580351 to request a cheque out instead as it would be returned due to expired /lost card

I've put confirmation details on your ticket.  Your bank *should* have it.

just quick update just got off the phone and they have found the refund, should take 24 hours to refund to my new account, thanks for help
