Hi my 18 month contract for phone & fibre broadband (250 gig limit) is up soon, will I then be offered unlimited account? without another contract.  this would be nice gesture.

You'd be best off speaking to our Customer Options Team regarding this. They are contactable on the following numbers and during the following times:
    0800 432 0200
    0345 140 0200
    Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 8.00pm (Except Bank Holidays)
    Saturday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
