This has happened before quite a bit but noticed it has been saying this for months on end now:
You can't change your products for the moment, there is a problem with your next billing date. Please try again later.
Please change your email address to your new one if you have not done so already.
Now I know there's no error with the billing date as the bills come off by direct debit so that's not a issue. Guessing it plusnet being typical plusnet again...............

Never received any information about being moved to anything. For some odd reason too it's also saying account closing which is clearly not true

Week later and STILL no response from anyone from plusnet? How difficult is it to get a answer?
