unable to contact plusnet off EE mobile

I've been trying to contact Plusnet for days now off my mobile but every phone number conects me to EE.

I have even tried web chat. Josef was unhelpful and just kept saying his not trained and to call, knowing I can't and I have no home phone.
I want to discuss my home move but now after this hassle I want to cancel Plusnet order.
If anyone can get Plusnet to call me that would help

The Plusnet mobile phone service is run on the EE network so you may have been talking to the right people without realising it. Try again on 0800 432 0200.

I'm sorry that you are having issues getting in touch, when contacting the number that @Baldrick1 has provided, this should put you through to us. If when calling this number you are still instead reaching EE, this is something you will need to contact them about as it's likely they are routing your calls to them.

I have taken a look into your house move and have provided a response with the current status on the open ticket for you here. I have taken ownership of this ticket and will provide an update when we know more.
