two issues with billing 1 with broadband and the other with home phone

I have 2 issues
1 I have lost the 3 month discount on my fibre unlimited, I was told I would only be charged £9.99 for first 3 months and last bill was £19.99 for fibre unlimited.
2 I have transferred my home phone to utility warehouse and I appear to still have it active with Plusnet according to my account info.
Can someone at Plusnet please take a look and sort it out please?

Hi lotrjw,
Were the discounts offered to you when you signed up for fibre? I can't see any that have been applied at all.
With your phone line, we received no notification of this being taken over from any provider, have they provided you with a new number?

yes Chris I was offered the discounts when I applied for fibre and no I wasn't offered a new number with the phone service just a switch.
If the phone hasn't gone though properly then I will just stick with Plusnet now and second is there any chance of getting my discount back.

The issues are now resolved after talking to customer services.
