just a note to say I submitted a missing cashback claim, because I never received it when I bought FIbre.
Any chance somebody could chase it up?

As per the info it can take a bit more than a fortnight for it to track and I can see you opened your account on the 1st April? We'll be happy to chase it if you've heard nothing by the end of the month (30 days) as per the information on the page Chris linked to.

well ok but it isn't going to show up now as it has marked I visited the page but says I never purchased the broadband.
