just to say that my TCB claim was declined, (and i have put in a claim for it, still awaiting a responce),
was tracked at the right amount within hours of signing up for plusnet, but got declined a few weeks ago,
when someone has the time to look in to it would be greatfully, (you dont really need to reply, since i rarely check online fourms, so might not even be back to read it)
so far very happy with everything else about plusnet
