terrible account management

Hardly any of the website links are working. Your automated payment telephone option has disappeared. There is no online chat available. I am unable to make a payment online. All this,yet if the day of my bill, payment doesn't go through, you will immediately restrict my service. What on earth has happened to the high level of service that you WERE famous for?? Beyond disappointed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
