terminating contract

How do i go about switching, can you advise if i would incur charges and how much notice should i give to avoid them please

Sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving.

It looks like you're out of contract, so there shouldn't be any early termination fees. However please do keep in mind there may be a £30 cease charge if the services are ceased as part of you leaving. If the new provider follows a recognised method of migration, this will not be applied.

If I leave the services will be terminated, so I don't quite understand what you mean by the £30 charge and what it is for...

If the services are terminated as opposed to migrated to a new provider. The cease charge would be applicable as we would be charged for ceasing the service.
