switching to unlimited.....last month but hasnt happened

I requested a change of package from premium with a 120gb monthly limit to unlimited (no contract) in mid april. After going thru the product change process online i was informed this would go ahead on the 25th may as my bill for april had already been issued i presume.
I received an email yesterday to say im approaching my limit of 120gb?!? so i logged onto my account and its still saying im on my old package and havent been switched over to the unlimited no contract package which i requested.
I know i had issues paying my bill from april (134.99) hence why i changed my package to unlimited (im on maternity leave and stuck at home all day so i watch netflix and tv hence why a massive bill)
I didnt know if the reason i hadnt been switched over was because of the bill you sent me for £176 Million outstanding on my account?
I dont know but i hope someone can look into this for me Smiley

Sorry about the issue with that I can indeed see that you requested that mid April and I can even see something to indicate that it did switch to Unlimited on 22/4/13 I'm aware that you're not yet on Unlimited though but that you are due to be changed over on 22/6/13
To be on the safe side and account for the previous issue I've decided to change you over now.

I'd have thought that confirmation that a Plusnet error doesn't leave a user out of pocket was fair common interest!

There weren't any additional charges when Adam did the account change.

really sorry for the late reply..........went back to work after maternity leave............i can confirm the switch over did happen (thankfully for my bank account)
