On the member's page for my account there's a message 'You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.' 


Is my product now switched to the fibre 80Mbits one? An earlier email mentioned a switch on the 16th of this month, but there had been no visible change on the download speeds to date. My previous product was the standard fibre 40 Mbits  one, and the recent upgrade offer was at a good price so I jumped. I'm a bit reluctant to jump through the 14-day cancel hoops in case I'm left with no service at all.

How long does the switch take?
