Hi , i've had an account for a year.. and only just realised my Billing is odd.
I see things like this in the bills...

My account also states 'You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.' . I had a monthly courtesy discount applied some time ago, and i think this is why. Any ideas?
