still waiting for cashback

im still waiting for my  cash back. i have had two responses now saying that the issue had been sorted and to "click here" but the link never works all i get is the message you can see at the end.

this really needs sorting, so far plusnet have not followed through with our agreement and it is looking like termination of contract due to supplier breaking contract is going to be necessary
