can i just ask why you treat new customers like this i was due to switch on the 15th and guess what money taken and no service average waiting time on phone 30 mins at 8am omg i thought sky was bad if no contact today im gone and want full refund some service this "plusnet we'll do you proud " more like plusnet we'll do your head in  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

i have a life bud things to do when something was planned it should go ahead or at least some sort of contact to say wont happen/postpone but sorted now thanks for words of wisdom  Grin

PlusNET can only work as fast the supplier? possibly a BT cock up.....  Cool
Like they switched my ADSL a few days early, and we had to contact PlusNET for them to activate us. Hopefully you won't need to ring Plusnet anymore  Roll eyes
