still No plus net bill

I have been without a bill since April 2020 phoned up told still being sorted out?Huh

May bill is now ready for paying  over due but I cannot pay them according to plus net staff

until a bill is generated --how long must i Waite ?//

Also where is your complaints website page plus net 

so I may put a formal complaint in over me not being able to pay my bill to you

hi 

when am I going to get true answer plus full reason  as to why my bills are not being generated Now

point -1 is it because plus net has been hacked yes or no?

point-2  is it because you are selling the firm to another internet serves yes or no?

point-3  why can I not find the complains webpage been told by Govt Dept

i must put a complaint in first before they will investigate the matter fully

point- 4 I am now in arrears with plus net I owe 2 months bills Not my fault I cannot pay my Bills

the fault is at Plus-net end (nothing to do with me when can I pay my bills???? staff????

point-5 WHY will staff on phone not give me your bank information then I can pay by my card account

you must have a bank account by law  reply address to collect D.D. payment Plus net Bosses/Managers

Plusnet introduced a NEW  billing system in September 2018 😣 🤣 

and its still NOT working correctly 🤐 some haven't had a Bill since then 🤔

I got an email months ago,roughly saying we are aware of billing issues and when corrected the max we will take will be 3 months ,i havent had a bill since June 2019. I have not had any email from plusnet since,no update or info nothing. Whats going on?
