simple question
one of my referrals has moved to a new package on my advice within the special offer period
so starting a new 12 month contract. Should I get the special £2 rate?

I believe its new referrals as this offer started before the new products where launched.
https://www.plus.net/referrals/ states new signups so i don't think existing customers changing packages would give a promotional referral credit

Emma's correct, the offer is only for new signups, not for customers who have switched accounts. Sorry.
