reward card not honoured

I signed up in October because of the reward offer. I did not receive the email and now they are are saying there was no offer at that time. But there was otherwise I would have signed with someone else.

- How did you sign up with us? (Online via Plusnet, Over the phone, Online through a 3rd party website such as uSwitch)

- How much was the reward offer?

I already have spoken to you though a private message. You told me that there was no offer at the time of me signing with you. But there was otherwise how did I know there was an offer or that it said I would get my reward card after the first payment was taken.
