Can anyone help me, im trying to get my restrictions lifted, i know im still within the 14 day period, trying to get on the phone to speak to someone is not happening and twitter is a joke. you say to message @plusnethelp and i have , 4 days ago. then they proceed to reply to my tweet stating theyre ghosting me, perhaps a joke but im not laughing.
