restrictions after PN give wrong bill

im only gonna put basic info so i dont bore u all.... but basicly my bill was due on sat and now im restricted because plusnet gave me a wrong bill
so far they are refusing to recalculate my bill and they are refusing to lift the restrictions....
fair enough if it's my fault... when i havent paid my bill on time i have had no problem with the restrictions but surely if ur ISP is at fault they should be lifted?

spoke to a manager who admitted it was PN fault ... she lifted restrictions and discounted my next bill
