hi ive phoned up plusnet and arranged to pay my outstanding bill on the 8th febuary i currently have restriction on my account yesterday they said they put ticket in for removal didnt happen and spoke to someone this morning regarding restrictions being lifted he said he has requested for them to be removed but restrictions still on my internet

@Kelly76dobs I can't sort your restrictions problem, but to avoid these in the future, have you not thought of setting up a Direct Debit instruction with your bank, and ensuring you have sufficient funds in your account when the bill is due?
