requested my mac code

hi there I've asked for my mac code today and also that my account be switched to the email only account (@£1.69 a month)
can someone confirm the email only transfer gets noted down please ,I want to make sure I don't loose access to my email

It's unlikely to be actioned until Monday at the earliest.

thank you mate ,can they not just generate the codes now ? .I was a bit surprised when they didn't give me one straight away there no technical reason I can think of not to .but googleing PlusNet mac code gets a bit worrying if that's still there policy!

It has been noted to downgrade your account to email only, I can see your MAC key to has been generated.
