referral values adjustment after upgrade

I have been getting referral credit for a friend since 2004. I helped her upgrade from Plusnet Extra (no phone) to Unlimited Fibre + Phone a few days ago (in fact, I talked to PN customers service for a while too). Will the referral values be adjusted accordingly?
