I rang in december to find out why i am not being paid for one of my referrals and was told it would be dealt with ,I rang again in february to find out why i was still not being paid and was told that someone would deal with it .It is june now and still no-one has sorted out this problem ..Why....?
I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your referral payment.
It looks like this is affected by an issue we're working to get to the bottom of. In the meantime I believe I've come up with a workaround I've added more details about to a support ticket on your account you can view by going Here.
