referal ticket what does this mean
Thanks for getting in touch with regards to your referral.
The referral discounts are taken off each month on your invoice date for each referral that has paid their subscription during your last billing period.
In order to have the referral added we would need your username to be added to this new account.
As such we would be grateful if you could provide that..
This is on my daughters account and i am the person that refered her also posted a ticket on my acount but ticket was deleted as it was also posted on hers by admin
