Hi I want to reduce my broadband usesage package to the basic 10GB, I had this installed at my mums while I was living there on a temp basis and now I no longer need it, I am still in the first year so just want it to run until the years up, is this possible

Just go to https://portal.plus.net/index_portal.html and select Product Change from the top - you should be able to do it yourself from there.
Note that the change will apply from your next billing date.
