"you have an order which is currently being processed"

I moved 5 days ago to Plusnet and I can't do anything on my account as since this day I see info: 

"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

How long it takes in PlusNet to process order Huh

Calling 0800 328 4622 number and got waiting time 20 minutes. Seriously Huh
