"payment dates aligned"

- I got the following message

Please apply a discount to the customer for £1.95 due to their ADSL payment date being aligned with current Talk payment date.

and then the following reply

Hi there,
Basically it means that your home phone service was activated first, and then the broadband billing date was aligned to the home phone date when you were activated.
Because you're on a special offer, we can't add the necessary credit until the existing credits expire, so we put the ticket on hold, and we'll credit you once your special offer ends.
It's an internal ticket, so you don't need to do anything.
